Help! Top mount just died

How long should a full rear suspension refresh take? And what parts are involved?

I already did the springs and some other part might have been anti roll bars about 4-5 years ago but I'm thinking the shocks must be due. I've had the car 6 years, how often is a full refresh of the rear done?

I am planning on doing the rear refresh next year as I already did the front refresh this year with new springs, shocks and top mounts.
With practice, a couple of hours.
The fiddliest bit is the rear drop links but tbh they are usually ok and I only change them if there's signs of damage.
If the springs are done then they should be good. Again I only change if they're damaged.
For a rough idea, sourced from Autodoc about two months back, with 38% discount:
Shocks - Sachs - £114.68
Top mounts - Lemforder - £16.96
Bump stops, with dust covers - Febi Bilstein - £21.42
ARB bushes - Febi Bilstein - £2.92
Drop links - Lemforder - £18.70
All priced in pairs.

Shocks are more affected by mileage than time really, but if they've never been done they'll be knackered.
