Help to photoshop a picture PLEASE!!

Family is in the process of renovating a farm in France and will be finishing it this summer BUT we are looking to get it on the market (as holiday home) to drum up business for hen it is complete.

I have a picture of an image we need shopping with a little description of what we are after.

If you are able to help I will be more than happy to pop some money your way or a beverage or two!

Description of what we are after-

- pool house floor tiles 600 x 300 beige layed in brick bond

- pool tiles are multi coloured blue and white mosaics with a dark blue 6" border around the top rim also mosaics but only 1 solid colour

-any ground area outside of the pool to be made to look like grass and any sky areas made to look very blue and summery

-the trees green as well

Is your family business a major travel company? Don't they also advertise holidays where the complexes are in reality still building sites?

I can see why you want this doing and the intentions are probably good, but it seems a bit dishonest to me.

However, I'm sure it goes on all the time in marketing.

not a travel agency!! Our family business actually makes conveyors!
Simply bought a farm in France a few years back now and want to rent one of the barn conversions as a holiday home for the summer (after all work will be completed)

Luke, the way this would be possible would be to scour the internet for things similar, ideally, similar photos, at similar angles, in similar place, or at least of similar floors etc, this can then be cut out and overlayed. If you can find some of these, (it's the bit that takes the time) then I'd have a go.

Alternatively, if you really want this done, I'd spend a day or two making a 3d model of the inside and you could use it as an "architects impression" to have as a selling tool.
