Hey guys,

I thought my steering wheel retrofit had gone perfectly until i notice some quirky behavour....indicators work but the cluster light that tells you they're on doesnt light, nor does it make any audible noise....and the car doesnt beep when you leave the lights on and get out of the car, nor do the headlight washers activate. took it all apart again to find this:

Does anyone know where i can buy one of these pins from? Everything essential works but this is bloody annoying :(

This is the block that is behind the light control switch in the dashboard, and the wire is wire 21, as per this guide:

Any help is appreciated, i want to fix this pronto!

Thanks,

Tom.

Main dealer should have them, will come with tails so will give you some slack and make easier to connect to existing wire.

hmm, it looks like it is part

0005197 (0.2-0.5mm)
or
0006663 (0.75mm)

hopefully bmw will carry this as stock items.

yeah, ive been there and they didnt have any :( BMW were already shut. I have a wire stripper already, and a butane soldering iron to connect the tails to the existing wiring :)

if your still struggling give a company called polevolt.co.uk a ring they will have the right part im sure and are very helfpul.
