Help, Remove roll bar inserts

I was going to suggest a damp cloth but then read the post properly and realised it was inserts not insects :oops:

Tried to work that out myslef yesterday, but after a few frustrating flexes (the inserts, not me :) ) I gave up and just cleaned them in-situ. Will be interested to know how this can be done :thumbsup:
 
If your talking about the plastic/mesh insert then forget it. Without removing the hoop covers you cannot get them out, and you will break some tabs at the very least removing the roll hoop covers.
