Hey guys, I am looking for some help (be nice pls as have never sold a car privately) and if this is the wrong place, let me know.
I have had my pride and joy up for sale on piston heads and autotrader for last 6 weeks probably.
It’s an e89 z4 2.0 m sport. 47k on the clock. 2014 model owned from new.
I had hoped it would have sold by now but I have only had a couple of emails and two phone calls. No one biting. It’s a shame because I really love that car and will be sad to see it go, but I need it sold!!!
Trade in prices have varied with dealers from 9k to 11.7k. Car was on privately for 13.5. Now reduced to 12.5. Anyone got any ideas or tips. I get the impression the private market is very flat. But not sure. I can understand as you can buy a brand new car at 0% these days.
Anyway. Bit of a vent. But can anyone make any suggestions. I posted in the for sale section too. I need it gone to make way for my new wheels???
