Works perfectly fine on the whole car.
If you have open faced wheels then if needed, use a cleaner like apc or a safe wheel cleaner like billberry form valetpro, once youve clened them you can onr the wheels and use an old towel to dedicate for wiping dry and some light soil may still remain.
