Help please Advice on vehicle

Been offered an ok deal on a 2011 35i DCT
However I have a couple of concerns,
1) The car is 6 years old and has done 22000 miles but has only had 2 services at 10k and 20k so has basically gone 3 years between services would you be bothered by that ?
2) The MOT history shows advisories for 2015, 2016, and 2017 for both front tyres scrubbing on inner and outer edges and cracking around treads.
Tyres are runflats on 19" 296 wheels.
Should i also be concerned about cracking of these wheels and where do I look for evidence of the cracking, or was this fixed on the 2011 on vehicles ?

The car is obviously low mileage and is HPI clear

Thanks in advance

Depends on actual dates of services as to whether it's been under serviced. Car is 2011, services due 2013, 2015 and 2017 if not reached mileage.

check for cracked rims, will be in the inside edge so hard to see unless you can get under the car and spin the wheels or remove the wheels.

I believe it was serviced late 2013 and late 2016 or early 2017 i'll check with the seller
but either way its missed a service

I presume it is the white 35i on ebay for £17k? Nice looking with good spec. The current owner has owned it for less than 4 months, why is he selling?

Previous owner doesn't seem to have cared for the car that much judging by the lack of servicing and he hasn't replaced the worn tyres highlighted on 2 consecutive MOT's. It did just 1,200 miles in 2 years, just sitting there possible driven hard on short journeys not warmed up.

Temperature gauge shows 120 degrees which is not good, possible overheating issues? You need to check what other work has been done.

Yes that's the one but it £18k all bar £5
Where you did you find how long current owner has had the car ?
Because that's not what he told me

Car looks ok on face value / not exactly a bargain as a private sale no comeback but miles are hiking the ask .
If you plan hitting big numbers for the next few years the value will plummet mighty fast  if not then you may have a "low miler" for a good few years .
Re service ? high output twin turbo on 22k with 2 services in 6 years ? Id be happier with that than a 55k 3 service in same period which would tick the regime boxes
Also the seller obviously knows very little about the car as the alloys are actually 326s not 296s :? very different values though both likely to have split rears so get under & feel for the splits or welds

All the MOT's have been done in the one place since 2014 - Wickford, Essex (last one in June) and the guy selling lives in Tamworth. He may have moved since June this year?

He also has poor feedback on the last 2 items he has sold which were 2 motorbikes.

The wheels may have been changed then, I checked the spec on the BMW Vin decoder and that said 296's

Quite possibly changed as the 296s crack more than others.

Do they :? i think that would be hard to quantify as the 296s were available before the 326s so longer roadtimes ?
Id say any 19inch Bmw alloy with runflat 255 30 rear 225 35 fronts are as likely to have splits as any other :?
Whatever , , , , 326s are a "upgrade" in spec terms so winwin if none are split

Wouldn't worry about the service intervals, if you go for it I'd budget swapping out all 4 run flat tyres - apparently they do nothing for the driving experience on E89s :driving:

Give him a chance that was in 2011 and 2012!!!

Also, maybe the temp is at 120 as the car has been sat idling while he took pictures?

Just adding a bit of balance, even tho I think it’s too pricey for a private sale....

Sure the car may be fine missing those 2 services but its far more indicative of the lack of care the owner has taken in this car. If he has missed services what else has not been done / paid attention too?

perhaps. Just a reason why a change. Nothing more.
