Help - New Alloy Wheels - CSL Replicas

So is it not a rise idea having larger 19" alloys on my current 2.2 Z4? Currently I have the 18" wich are quite big anyway lol. I found these and they state that they come with 'mid range' tyres?

Any suggestions? Will these fit my current car without any problems?

What is mid range to me might be Poundland to them.

Call them and check the brands etc - remember though, 19" tyres will be expensive to replace and the ride will be likely be alot worse than your current 18's

Just to add tuppence to it all, I have found no noticable difference in ride quality since fitting my 19's over the 17's that were on my car for nearly 5 years, the biggest change was dumping the RFT's for the Falken 452's after about 2 years of ownership.

One thing no one has mentioned so far is you have to make sure you get the wheel offset right, the wheels in your final link are 8J x 19 ET34 Fronts and 9.5J x19 ET27 Rears, which could push the wheels outside of the wheelarch, bear in mind that your 2.2 would have been fitted with a 7J x 16 ET47 as standard,
the ellipsoids you currently have on are 8J x 18 ET47 front & 8.5J x 18 ET50 rear, plus I think someone posted something fairly negative about that supplier recently.

Do a search on CSL's and new wheels and you will be indunated with threads and pictures, of different size wheels and what the effect of the offset can be. :fuelfire:

Edit:
just found this have a play and see what happens to the wheel when you change the offset.
