Have a peek at Real OEM

plug in the year, engine, etc then look under engine/exhaust system. Doesn't show a picture of the underside of your car, but shows what the parts look like.

Although I'd question their ability if they need a photo to help them out.

Surely if they're trying to do some of the work in advance, then they risk having to do it all again when it doesn't fit :(

I've just managed to have a quick look under the car and saw that there is a battery tray on the right hand side.
Would that be in my way if i want a dual exit exhaust?

They will probably install a "fake" dual exhaust where you get 1 muffler but multiple tips, kinda like this:

I also find it hard to believe they'll be able to make a custom exhaust from pix... Bust since you asked this is the best one I have.

If you go to a custom exhaust centre they can relocate the battery in the boot, box it in with carpet as per the ///M's and then fit a complete dual system, probably from the resonator backwards. Not cheap but the best option, else as ZetaTre points out many offer the 2 pipes out of the single muffler. Not fake but has some downsides.

What do you plan to do to the rear bumper cover where the new tips will emerge??

I'm not sure you CAN fit a dual exhaust under there. I'm betting there isn't room as every inch of space is at a premium on our cars. Yes, the Ms have dual pipes, but they are designed that way from the beginning. Let us know how it comes out.

Take a look at this thread. another of us made this modification (with the quad exhaust look).

While not a true quad exhaust, it is a nice clean look, with the desired effect I believe.
