Help Mot fail with back box delete?

Hi guys as the title says my mot is due and I'm just wondering will it fail with back is delete? If so anybody know somewhere in Leicestershire where it would pass? Thanks !

It's supposed to be a fail if an exhaust has been modified to make it louder - although, given the number of Corsas with drainpipes, I don't think it's enforced very often. See the link below for a plain English description of the regs
