This is what u want... To replace the front 300mm diameter rotors with 320mm rotors. Very easy & makes a noticeable difference with braking requiring far less effort with std discs & pads - and less likely to be a noticeable insurance issue

Believe on 18" rims you can use 350mm, \\M's have 325mm though the calipers & discs are not interchangeable as have a totally different setup.

However, recommend the largest you go is 320mm as then you can still fit 17" rims with winter tyres with a larger sidewall to give better flex

///Ms have 345mm discs - the same as the CSL :poke:

...but you're correct that they're not (easily/feasibly) interchangeable

I just fitted these a few weeks back, though with an 03 2.5 I upgraded to the 300mm, just didn't want to do a complete caliper swap out at the moment to go higher so just swapped the carriers to go larger. http://www.sp-performance.com/Diamond_slot.htm

I had black diamond on my last car, they stay black for about 50 miles, then turn silver!

EBC are the same, stay gold for a short time before going silver!

Its not worth spending that much on discs. Spend out on the pads and fluid :) . I always found grooved discs pretty noisy to.
