HELP - Macbook Pro Charger Broken

The problem is known to apple as "strain relief" hence a FOC replacing out of warranty.

My MacBook gets some hammer to be honest.

Here's a pic, prob not a true representation as I made it worse trying to get it to work mid gig.

Yeah, thats defo design fault, and not good enough.

Just had a result myself - took my MBP into the Apple Store in Boca Raton in Florida, no genius appt available, but they set the s/n on logic board for me, then I asked about buying a new power adapter cos dog chewed it and they swapped for free!!!!

Wish Apple store in Exeter were as good!
 
I've got a broken power button on my iPhone 5, its a know fault but as its out of warranty they don't want to know. That is unless I pay £249 to exchange it for one that works! :thumbsdown:
