HELP - Indicator badges and Brake Discs

Jimmy 2.0 07 z4

Hi People,

I need pointing in the right direction.

Bought a 2007 z4 2.0 over the weekend and needs a bit of love.

Where can i get new indicator badges, in fact all the badges could do with replacing.

Also the brake discs are very rusty, the car hasn't been used much over the last year. At all really only 35,000 miles. Anyway the front brake discs looks terrible and suggestions on where to buy new ones?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Discs and pads are available from Euro Car Parts.

I have a 2.5 and replaced the front and rears myself recently. Less that £200 for the whole lot. I used Pagid and have had no problems.

Fitting is straight forward, however a good fitting 16mm socket/ring spanner is a must (a breaker bar helps).

Cheers

Give mtech a look at for discs and pads. I have them on the front and can't fault them.

As for repeater badges, ebay or even the stealers. I have a set of stainless ones made by dans6490, he may have some left.

aye just ebay the side emblems, i've literally just came back in from putting a new set with new clear repeaters on mine

just snap off the wee posts on the back of the emblem/front of the repeater and use some decent 3m doublesided pads/tape

Don't be too hasty to replace the front discs just coz they look rusty.
Unless it has been sitting for years, a couple of hard stops on a nice quiet stretch of straight road somewhere will probably sort them.
The faces of the disc rust quick - I've washed the car in the morning and come back to rusty looking discs in the afternoon.

Awesome thanks for the tips guys. Badges ordered and after some serious braking discs down't look too bad, going to have a go at them at the weekend.

Brakes, cheap from these guys:
