Help identifying cable loom e85

Dear All,

I wonder if someone could help me identify this cable loom. I have a 2003 Z4 and the loom was loose behind the passenger seat, it actually runs out of the centre console. It looks like it has an audio connector on but I have no clue what it's for.

I’ve not seen anything oem looking like that from the centre console so I’d say that’s aftermarket

Deffo aftermarket, BMW don't use Molex connectors. Probably a car phone kit of some sort judging by the number of wires (and the connection to what looks like "Sp. L" - Speaker Left).

Ah ok, thanks that would make sense. I was wondering if it needed re-connecting but obviously not, i'll leave it as is.
