Help identify this part Tray over N52 engine vanos pipe etc

Got a 125i with N52 exactly same layout as in this pic.
Mines held in place by wire ties cant find it listed anywhere n Realoem grateful for name or better still part no.
Can look it up on an E85 to see which drawing no its liste on then find equivalent for E88

Thanks so much spent ages looking for it think mine may be from a different model to cat as its wire tied on.
Makes like a fan type noise at low speed -refastened it (better than it was) and noise went away. Was plastic tied back on (went from white to black tie) when it went in for vanos recall -surprised Sytner didn't mention it

It's originally a simple click system, clicks in and out quite lightly.
I hope the bottom part (#2) works for you as no.1 seems to be unavailable.

Yes think it could be brackets broken or missing clips or even one for different model. Put part no of cover in 125i Realoem page and didn't give any results . Not difficult to remove it all including part behind it .
They don't appear to click together but rear part fits into brackets underneath scuttle. Available second hand on ebay just need to make sure getting right bit with intact brackets and any clips

I think it's the same part number for all 1 E8x, 3 E9x and Z E85/86 series. And almost all engines. Might even be a thing that some engines don't even have this part. However your E88 125i matches this part if you look the link I posted above and click the "i" button at the part No.2 line. It will show you list of all models and engines where this part is used.
