HELP I NEED A REFLECTOR!! 2005 BMW Z4 Z4 2.0I SE ROADSTER

The reflector on the boot (located in the middle) has broken in two. I have tried everywhere to find a replacement (Hella are the makers of the part) but have been unsuccessful.

Also does anyone else have a problem with the driver's side wing mirror shaking? I have brought it to my garage a couple of times who have tightened it but within days it's back shaking again.

Mine has a small crack in it, I guess it's a common -ish problem as I've heard of others.
 
Nick - you sure it's the wing mirror and not just the glass that's vibrating? Glass coming loose is a common fault.....
