Help!! Front end dropped

Z4 3.0SE convertible. The car has been sorn for the last 7 months or so, a couple of weeks ago I drove it around the block and all was well with it.
This morning I drove it forward on the drive around 5 foot to open garage door, when reversing back it made a grating noise from underneath what appeared to be coming from the front of the car and now both wheels and the front of the car has dropped significantly, I pushed it forward and it is making a grating/grinding noise.
I could understand one side of the suspension going but not both sides, can anyone advise on what may have happened?

I think you need to Jack it up and remove a wheel then you should be able to see where the grating is coming from.
Would be interesting to see what you find.
I suspect two broken springs. One may have been broken a while and it’s not until the other breaks you spot it.

I drove 50 meters in my 1 serries and a spring broke on the front only going 10mph I was due to go on the motorway could have ended differently
 
If one spring snaps, its gonna place more stress on the remaining one, which may then also snap at the same time.
