Help - few jobs to pass MOT

Hello,
After speaking with previous owner I believe I need sort the following issues out to pass its next MOT

BMW Z4 3.0 2003

Horn doesn’t work
air bag sensors
Brake light sensor

They have said when they changed the wheel over a bit of the loom was missing... and it’s about a tenner ... anyone know what part I need and if it’s an easy DIY job?

Air bag sensor is on due to them switching the sears to M3 seats, yellow plastic bit under seat just needs some playing with apparently .

Brake light sensor - said it needs a new one, as a bit broke off when removing big brakes, how do I know which sensor out the 4 it is and again is it and wash diy part to sort ?

Any other common MOT failures I could check prior so it has a better chance of getting through ?

Have you tried using the search function to look for threads on these subjects?

I think that there are only two brake sensors one on the NSF and the other on the OSR - waits to be corrected :lol: - sure I've seen a thread with parts nos included.

This, could be that the brake sensor issue is actually a DSC issue/ABS pump.

What symbols does it have on the dash?

As above, it really needs a diagnostic to see what the actual issues are - Otherwise you are stabbing in the dark, especially with the airbag/seat issue. With that, there is a chance that the seats just aren't compatible with the car, I know when [ref]bz4kev[/ref] fitted M3 seats to his Zed, they came without seatbelt tensioners, which triggered the airbag light. In order to sort it, I had to swap the old tensioners over from his previous seats which he still had.
