Help... Electrical problems :(

If you run inpa it will tell you if the airbag is working, you can clear fault or use DIS to clear faults.
If it's the SBSL module then I have a spare brand new, BMW want £200 for it but I will sell for less than half that.

Ta mate... Dropped it off first thing this morning... Something called the body control module has got an error code against it.

Which is strange as my central locking seemed fine. They said they will keep me posted this week.

Todays update, garage rang, said there is a fault on the kbus line too, so they have to disconnect everything off it one by one to find which one is tripping it. Told them to disconnect my gaptec first incase something with my dodgy wiring is tripping it.

I removed the cd changer fuse would that disconnect it? Thats how i managed to keep my lights of as it was if the intravee was keeping them on all the time, even when i turned off the car!

I'll let them know about the intravee though (as i forgot to mention that to them!)

I guess they have my car in pieces already as they picked up the wire hacking i made for my led door sills

And good news the garage rang... Car is fixed!

Bad news it was the gaptec! I should i unplugged it instead of just removing the fuse for the ciggy thinking it would unpower it. They spent 4 hours looking at it!

And more bad news... They said the roof motor is a bit weak :( they said if the drains are cleaned it maybe the oil... They can change the motor for £650 all in, which i thought was a good price, will get them to look in spring.

Good news
Could the roof motor seem be a bit weak due to the battery having a bit of a hammering over the last few days?
