Hi Guys, I've just driven down to the south of France and my traction control light has come on and the electric roof has stopped working as well, any ideas please

Likely unrelated issues....

Guessing with the long drive you have a full boot, empty it flip the parcel shelf up and back down that may well fix the roof.... Worked for me when I was doing a Euro road trip with loads of luggage

Traction control light I used to get a lot, fitted a new battery and it never happened again

The roof is working
1st full day drive from Dieppe to Gan before continuing tomorrow down to the Costa Blanca for the week, would have been terrible to have the roof up all the time

No worries mate I had the same issue in a car park in Amsterdam last year right at the start of my trip a moment of blind panic then I realised my mate had a similar issue in his e46 on the drive down to the ferry so followed the procedure I gave you and it fixed itself....
