Things were going really well ,passanger front took a while to suss out but moving on to the second I had it ready to refit in around half an hour .

It was then that I realised I had done something wrong on the passenger.

There is a silver cup that has 3 bolts on it ( the three bolts you can see and have to loosen under the bonnet ) these bolts hold the shocker at the top .

I lined the sliver cup up wrong ( not noticing the little nipple that has its own hole to aligne with ) and tightened then3 nuts up.

What ever happened it has cause one of the bolts to shear :| .

I need a replacement cup / top plate / plate with 3 securing bolts ASAP .

Is there any online catalogue I can use to find this part ? I do have a part number I think -732298134721.

Had a quick google but can't find anything or any catalogue .

I'm preying to god this come separate from the shocker and can be bought individually .

I can call BMW parts first thing in the morning , is this a part they are likely to stock ?

Appreciate any advice , was worried about tackling this job , absolutely raging something so silly has got me !

I found the part here
