Help Diagnosing Which Part This is?

Afternoon People,

Was just going to give my DISA Valve a clean and was taking things apart when I noticed this (see attached pictures). I had a look on RealOEM but couldn't find the part - do anyone know what the part number is and roughly how much it is to replace it? It looks like its just perished over the years. It joins on from the air filter and goes into the engine block. It's super annoying as I have just spent £400 at BMW for an inspection 2 and they didnt even notice! :x

You may have cracked it while fitting the disa? as the boot does need to flex somewhat so you can get the disa out
