Help deciding wheel/alloy options

Howdi,

Have a 3.0SE on a 53 plate, contemplating some new wheels but am quite indecisive! Will these work do you think?

What do you think? Ideally I would like alloys and tyres as I have 103's currently with not a lot of tread left on the rears and 3mm(ish) on the front, and they are all RFT's which are pants!
