Help! Car not starting

Hi all

I am getting a static sound from my fuse box, so I replaced it as I thought it was the issue. However, the sound still persist!!!

Anyone know what this may be? Steering wheel lock shows up and I've reset the ELV counter a few times.

INPA saying it is the CAS? Anyone run into this issue before?

Sounds like a chattering relay.

Look to see if you can find a procedure to resynch your key to the car. If the faults are on the anti theft module you will need to try and get them clear. Im not sure if there is a way to test it. You may need specialist help unless someone on here has fixed the key synch issues before.
