Help - Advice on 525D With Oil Leak???

Hi Guys

A little guidance please chaps,

Am looking at 525D , it has full bmw service history and only two owners form new and seems a really well looked after example 80k on the clock service schedule has been followed correctly. I have spoken to the chap tonight (2nd time) who has said that he noticed some small drops of oil on the drive only this week , he said he wants to be a 100% honest and is considering just p/x her in with a garage as a result so removes the problem for him. He has said that I can have it for a reduced price .... Question is what could it be what are the common issues, and related costs, would should I look for?

I do not mind if its a basic job?

Did it just have a service? On my 7 series, they did not put the filter on properly and I got some oil drops from that at the time.

I think its fairly recent it was just an oil change etc , as inspection 2 was prior to that :?

Been doing some investigation could be an its a failed Inlet Manifold ? 600-700 to fix?? Mmmm
