Hi all its a bit of a long story but will try to shorten it as much as I can.
I have bought my Brothers 2013 Z4 Sdrive20i M Sport with 27k miles which has many many electrical issues.
Way back a few years ago the electric water pump packed up after trying a used(ebay part) turned out to be the wrong one, I fitted a new genuine one and all looked good. The just before its MOT A red air bag light came on and also the Battery went flat , I tried to reset with no luck and from that point on it sat in the garden being home to vermin and dirt.
I have checked all that I can see and only damage spotted is the carpet on the rear of engine bay has been nibbled a fair bit. Since starting this time around it started easy but has a 2- 3 second lag on throttle response and eml Light is on which it wasn't before. It also have a relay chattering sound coming from the engine bay area but does it randomly sometimes when door is shut or after turning off the engine etc.
The roof also stops when the window slides over the roof but that a job for another day I need it running right first.
Below are the code present on my otofix d1e, Oh and have just fitted a new 800amp Exide agm battery to rule out any lack of power.
Any pointers as to where to start fault finding would be great I am thinking maybe faulty Valvetronic motor or maybe some other electrical fault.
