Hey all,

Just placed my deposit down for a 3.0si today, after trying loads of different ones before finding an excellent specimen!
Been trawling the net for information and guides for the last two weeks, and found this site full of good nuggets of info.

So, now I have one (or rather.. have one in 13 days and counting) I thought I'd sign up and join in the fun here :D

definately want to see about changing the headlights over to the clear indicator versions I've see around.. but not sure I want to change anything else yet... still loving the original looks :D

Previous to this, I've had to endure a Ford Focus 1.6 for three years... not a bad car.. but doesn't exactly give you that "hmm.. I fancy a drive" feeling if you know what I mean :D

And thanks.. did some shopping around between the z4, boxster, s2000 and 350z and it was all over after taking the z4 for a spin lol!

I'll get some more piccies done when it get's delivered :driving:
 
Thats a great looking car, the exact colour & wheel type i was originally looking for. This is a great forum for help and modifying ideas, although that does become very addictive - you have been warned !

bet you cant wait...
 
personally, I think it's the best colour for the car.. and you've got to have the bigger wheels :D
However I've seen a few with red interior (much like yours infact!) and that looks very tasty, yet out of my original "Fun Officer" approved budget.

Oh.. and I definately need to find a way to hook up my iPod... cannot be doing with CD's anymore lol.

So do you get to keep the bike as well? There's a "show us your bikes" thread in the gallery... if you feel like sharing!

I saw that thread, and will get some newish snaps of it once I've got the rear back together after performing it's pre-winter service :)
 
I had to wait 3 days from test drive to collection - and even that was way too long!! Good luck with the excitement in the meantime - hope you have a lovely sunny day when you go to collect!!
 
I thought a week was long - bet twice that seems like a year! Look forward to seeing more pics :)
