Hi
I am a new member of the forum, been lurking for a while, and am picking up my Z4 on Monday . I have previously had an MX5 which was simple good fun and a few hot hatches too. I now have a Volvo daily driver and was looking for a good weekend away put a smile on my face car and decided on a Z4. Car I'm getting is like myself a little more mature but has a few sensible improvements including eibach rear springs, polybushed all round and uprated front brakes. I am looking forward to picking it up on Monday, please be patient for pictures as after picking it up on Monday I am off for a few days in the car on holiday. I will post pictures when I get back home.

Thanks all for the warm welcome, yes its going to be a long weekend but I'm sure the wait will be worth it. It was indeed someone's pride and joy and I hope to carry on with that. I am based in the South of Scotland.
 
Pete, We looked at the MX5 with thoughts of purchasing the next Gen.
Besides not wanting to wait...not a lot or room in that bugger!
We went with the Z
