Hello

Its gun metal gery (probably not the offical name) with black leather, black hood, radio \ CD etc & 3 months warrenty

Not sure about the alloys though, they are the 5 spoke ones (probably 17") i'll wait till the tyres are shot and get the CSL reps.

I'll get some pictures up on Sunday. :D

**Edit** This is one from the garage advert

well, i couldnt wait till the weekend so i went and picked it up last night.

Im really impressesd, the only thing i dont like is the sound of the doors when you close them - the sound is a bit tinny. (Compared to the Audi)

One added bonus is that its got a 6 CD changer that wasnt advertised, maybe the traders didnt notice it. :)

Pictures will be posted at the weekend.

Excellent, have a good day, hope the sun comes out :driving:

Agreed re the doors. I did read a fix somewhere years ago, not sure where it was, so might be worth scanning the How To pages if you're at all handy at that sort of thing.

Have fun

Congratulations :trampoline:

There is a fix for the doors - think it comes down to stuffing the doors full of some material...

Enjoy the driving :driving:

Haha thats class good man! :D

I know what you mean about the doors but there is a plus side its way easier to get out on a hill unlike the TT.

I hope we have a nice dry weekend like last weekend will be perfect for you! How you finding the performance?

Power delivery is very smooth, its hard to compare against the TT as so far I’ve only been to work and back - 4 junctions on the M62 at rush hour (think my average speed was 35mph)

I'll take it for a good test drive at the weekend and make the most of this cheap(er) fuel. :)

I think the problem with the door is that I slam it shut too hard (which makes it rattle more). I’m used to the TT door which is quite heavy.

Well after a month of ownership I thought I’d better post some pics.

At the moment the only mods I’m planning are the sound generator and upgrading the alloys to 18" CSL or 193M's but that can wait till after winter.

I love it, i feel alot more involved than in the TT.

Just want to get some nicer wheels then i'll be sorted.

Im thinking CSL's or maybe some like these that Graeme has for sale

Those are nice indeed.!!

Hi DPG i am also another owner of a toledo blue 2.2i with some mods. Think abt cleaning the wheels also! I have the 108's and i have mixed feelings abt them. :tumbleweed:
First mod u should go for (IHMO) is the stubby aerial.

I have also installed the sound generator, air filter and a custom remap and ditched them RFT's

Those linked alloys are lovely!

Just a quick highjack, charisz I'm a big 108s fan but then I'm biased! :D

What air filter have you added? Is t a worthymod? I've been thinking of a remap would you recomend it?

Thanx for any info!
