Hello, bought my 2006 Z4 2.0i a year ago this January, after fulfilling a 35 year ambition to own a 2 seater. I carefully looked around and finally decided to purchase from a BMW dealer which came with a full 1 year warranty. This proved to be the best move ever, after 6 months of back and forth with the emission light coming on and off like a Christmas tree, BMW finally decided on fitting new manifold, cat, sensors, the works - problem sorted. The cost, not to me, was a tad under £3400, so be warned and check, check, check before buying from non BMW dealers. Just had new tyres fitted all round (Avon ZZ5's) and are a big improvement on the Bridgestone run flats that were fitted.
