Just thought I'd drop in and say hi.

I'm going to admit, I've never been a big BMW fan. The only car I really liked the looks of was the Z4, and then loved the Z4 Coupe. But never really enough to buy one. Then I drove a 1 Series and realised why people like BMW's. They just drive SO well. After a few career moves, I am lucky enough to be in a position to buy a new car.

I've decided to invest in a Z4 Coupe, which I'm picking up later on this week/this weekend, depending on when it gets back from a service.

I'm looking forward to a few tasteful mods, but as the car will be my regular use car, nothing too big.

First on the agenda will be:

Bizarrely Cup holders (as apparently this is essential for the GF)
Black Grille.
Carbon Badges.

I did the same, cup holders fitted within the first week of getting my car
Plenty of info from the members on the site, great bunch in my experience thus far

I think my first mod was carbon badges too!

Welcome along

Welcome to the forum.. sounds like you have a sensible list of mods that won't break the bank :)
The cupholders are great once you figure out how they work - close the bracket to just a bit smaller than the cup and then insert

Cheers! Looking forward to getting the car!

I'd like to improve the lighting (no xenons), but I've had issues with HIDs last year in my other car, so I may just got with some Osrams Nightbreakers or Phillips Extreme bulbs.

As soon as the car arrives I think I will switch to a stubby. I like the idea of the M Sport front bumper. I'm lucky enough to be able to do my own spraying, but I think the modding will have to be curbed for a while. I have my other car to get fixed (hence why I bought the Z).
