Hello... :)

Great looking car. Like it in white, the dark rims look mean too.

You should stick around for the banter, I doubt you'll get much on the porker forum

TBH at the rate Paza's going I wouldn't put it past him to trade the Z4M for a Cayman :D

Lucy - superb taste! One of the few cars that I don't mind in white. I've only been a passenger in my F-in-L's Cayman S but was very, very impressed. The bugger's not let me behind the wheel of it (yet...).

Many congrats Lucy, Enjoy, and lots of pics please, Interior and Engine included :) :)

I'm quoting that, just for future reference

Nice! Very nice indeed! I must say that if I sold my Z, I'd go for something similar! Enjoy your new purchase, but stick around. If Gannet can turn up to meets in his Saxo, then I'm sure you'll be allowed to stay on the forum.

Really great looking car in white...I was tempted myself when I bought my ///M a few years ago. These days I'd prefer an 80s whale tail 911 turbo in Martini colours 8)

Congratulations, Lucy. Beautiful car. Best of luck with it.
Remember - NEVER let up on the gas in a turn...(don't ask me how I know).
Look forward to future posts.

.....you didn't fancy the new Boxster then :P

I did look at a new Boxter S but it wasn't doing anything for me to be honest!

The next two hours are going to go very slow...

Hi Lucy, what is it like to drive? thinking what to buy next.

Hi, I only drove it for about 15 minutes on the test drive but from that I think it's going to be an awesome car. It's not too different from the Z Coupe really. I will tell more when I've picked it up later :)

Stunning Cayman  ,whats the Porsche forums like?

Do you know what, I haven't even had any time to come on here recently, let alone join a new forum. I'm sure I will be investigating at some point, but I doubt any forum will be as good as this one!

Lovely Lucy (and the car ain't bad :P ). Is it a Cayman S? I really like the Cayman, the new one for 2013 should be amazing if the 2012 Boxster is anything to go by.

Enjoy the day tomorrow and stick around.

Haha, thanks :)

It's the normal Cayman. Originally I was looking for an S version, but I was adament that I wanted a white one, and it was proving extremely difficult to find one in white within budget, as I didn't want one more than two years old and it had to be manual too. So I really limited myself. I trawled Pistonheads etc. for hours and weeks. The only few that I could find were over 45k and I didn't want to pay any more than I did for this one which was 38.

There were none available on group stock and I didn't want to buy private. There was an S at the dealership, which fit all of my criteria apart from it was a bright mustard yellow. So the salesman suggested I take the normal one out to see how I feel. I kept telling him I only wanted an S but he made me go out in this! And in all honesty I am glad I did because it was a lot better than I thought it would be and I love it! I loved it enough to not wait around months for an S version to appear. So here I am, I'm collecting it in a couple of hours and I'm very excited!

See my last post :)

I'm sure you will! I don't think you'll miss me in this, especially when I get my private reg transferred!
