Relax. Common fault. Go to your local indy. If you don't have one, go to AD.

If the pan's distorted, a new one is £133.73 + 14 screws @ £2.70 ea. and a gasket @ I can't remember + labour + VAT, of course.
If it's not, then the fix is just a new gasket, of course.
Replacement oil, if you/they want it, is £250 + you know what.
 
Yes you must fix it asap, its a small but expensive repair and changing the oil is essential as you might imagine.
Try nipping up the bolts yourself firstly and see how it goes.
The pan is plastic and they do warp, mine did the same at almost exactly the same mileage.
Get them to reset the DCT permissions at the same time.... They shouldnt charge extra for that at all takes a few seconds or so
