Hi, I've kinda stumbled over this place from Pistonheads and thought it would be rude not to say hello...


I recently bought a Z4M Roadster, which so far is impressing me quite significantly at its ability to be both a comfortable GT car as well as a fun sports car... :evil:


and of course, any opportunity to show it off :wink:

What's wrong with you people! I never see an average MPG of 34.8!?!

Does everyone short shift from 1st to 6th or something, and cruise at no more than 50mph on the motorway to get these figures? Or do I just have a heavy right foot... :P
 
Oh, and sorry - welcome Fidgits! Nice car :D (you're not the same Fidgits I've got on my Xbox Live gamerlist are you? i think I added a load of PH'ers a while back when Forza came out...)

That's what i thought...i've never seen over 28 mpg :lol:

The first one is my normal driving style & commuting MPG, the 2nd was purely due to having a copper up my bum (so I didn't pull away from the lights as quickly as normal), plus I didn't get caught at as many lights as I normally do. It's back down to 20mpg at the moment as the car hasn't been above 40mph all week, and even then it would have only been for a short while until I had to stop at the next set of lights.
 
Had you just resetted the computer? I can get mid-30s (or more!) if I reset the computer and coast/cruise on the motorway for a bit....

My MPGs rarely get reset, and they're nearly always around the 21-22mpg mark....

yeah, thats me... (your Andy IIRC) though i havent been on Forza on live much for a while...


as for the ecomony - i got that on a run from home to Yorkshire and back, set the Cruise at *about* ;) 70mph and relaxed... thats what it was showing (impressive as it included driving around Leeds and Bradford too)

In all honesty, its a bit lower at the moment :lol: :D

'Consumption 1' is reset at every fill-up. 'Consumption 2' is left alone.

Although looking at the two figures, I don't understand how C2 went down when C1 went up :?
