Hi, north east based 46 year old experiencing a proper mid life crisis (I got some crocs last year and thought that was it but according to the wife it’s this Z4)
Bought a 3.0i manual e85 locally from a proper good lad/z4 enthusiast - also picked up a rolling shell to experiment on. Plan is develop a ‘kit’ on the shell then convert the 3.0i.
In my day job I’m a project manager …. Projects have 3 key criteria. Time (I have no finish date) Cost (I have no funds) and Quality (It’s gonna be a rat/outlaw build - read ‘ropey’) Wish me luck …
Saw a green Z4 on Texas plates with the windscreen removed and decided that’s what’s missing in my life.
Updates might be patchy … methods sketchy …. but I’m just gonna ‘bloke this out’ …
