Hello all z4 fans;

My name is Can (John) from Turkey
I ordered Z4 35is and I ll get it in early April;
Mean time I have garage sun blinding panel construction so I need to know
what is the max roof rising level while folding..

hello and welcome, sorry i can't help cos i have an old fashion coupe, someone will soon be along who will be more use
 
If memory serves me, you don't need that much room. Standard height for the garage roof is more than enough. My Roadster, soft top only needs and extra foot or so from the top of the car.

Just ran out and checked, it needs 172cm of clearance, HOWEVER I have 17" snow tires on the car right now, and it lowered about 1cm with a set of H&R springs.

I did not add anything to my measurements, so normal springs and 19" wheels will add another 5cm, so my recommendation is to plan for 180cm.
