I'm in Oxton.I'm driving a Mercedes S class at the moment,but I've promised myself a Z4 and I hate to let myself down.I took a 2.0SE for a test drive at the weekend but I wasn't too impressed with the power.
 
Yeah definately go for a six cylinder engine.
2.2, 2.5, 3.0. Unless you fancy and Z4M mmmmmm!

There's plenty of info on here regarding what to look out for.

Or post your shortlist - I'm sure the guys on here will have fun picking the best buy!

I'm originally from Heswall (Harrogate now)... I would definitely say the 3.0 (or more) for you, especially coming from an S-Class.

Thanks for the warm welcome chaps.I've got the 320 CDI.It does 47 mpg on a run, so moving to a 3.0 petrol is going to damage my wallet.I suppose if you wanted to save money you could live in a cardboard box and eat soil.
