Hello form the West Country.

I have been following your website for sometime now, and the dedication of forum members for their Zds make it a great place for information, faults and remedies.
I have reached that age when I feel I need a two door convertible before it's to late. And this site has helped sway my decisions. It would only be a weekend car, but it will give the working week something to look forward to :D

I will keep u all posted if and when I find the right car. :thumbsup:

Thanks, I am going out today to look at a couple of 3l se' s. A fair way from home but look and reports sound ok
 
I note your in the south-west, so if you're anywhere near Wellington in Somerset, you're welcome to come and have a look at my car. It's a 56 reg 3.0si roadster in silver with black leather and 27k on the clock.

Took a while to find and it cost me £9500 from a Porsche main dealer so it would give you an idea of what you get for that sort of money.

I should add it isn't for sale though.

Hold up there with the West Country jibe! North of Taunton is still the West country, Cornwall is a different country :wink:

Anyway welcome Beatman and good luck with your search, if you want a second opinion on any local cars I'm around in the Bridgwater & North Somerset areas :thumbsup:
