Always surprises me why people don't try Googling what they don't know, but simply it's an ages old expression that's a cheeky joke at those who wear red hats. :poke: Like a lot of English humour, u need to relate to a number of different things to understand it.

Next time you see a sexy babe wearing a red hat, I dare you to say 'is it true what they say about women who wear red hats?" .... Pause a little while they look perplexed... Then say "no knickers...' if you"ve got the balls. It's a great ice breaker if you've got the guts & on one occasion the chic turned & stood eye ball to eye ball with me, touting a stern look & said 'yes, but I don't think you"ve got what it takes to find out'. I said back 'i wouldn't try, because I don't think you can handle me...". We both cracked up laughing & by the way she was wearing a very nice thong...

Anyway, this is a Z site, not how to be cheeky with chics... go figure
