Hello from Salisbury

Welcome

Everyone else is chipping in on the cars, so I shan't. But just be clear on the spec you're looking for as it can trip you up. 'Si' is the engine designation, and is applicable to all facelift (2006 on) cars with the N52 engine. SE and Sport are the trim levels. The Sport has better seats (IMO), sport springs that are lower than SE by about 15mm, and also a chunkier M sport steering wheel with black rather than silver trim. I'm sure there's other things too that I've forgotten. So you can have a 3.0Si SE for example - make sure to check carefully if you've any doubt because independent dealers in particular can get the designation wrong.

Good luck with your search

eh ? thanks for the info Bing, but i'm not searching, i've actually bought it - hence the title 'done it' and all the drivel i wrote re the experience.

perhaps i should have started a new topic as people will also miss the link i've mentioned re meet up in new forest as they probably skip pass this topic. I know there's so much new stuff posted.

well done, lovely looking Zed you must be itching to get out, hopefully the rain will clear soon :driving:
Keep an eye on the For Sale/Wanted section for all those little bits & bobs.
I love driving over Salisbury Plain - will keep an eye out for you.
