Hello from Norway

Hello.

Before introducing myself I would like to thank all the active members for good DIY and information about the Z4. It has really helped me with my own project. :)
My name is Leif R Einarsen and have been reading in this forum since forever, but never a member :?
I live in the cold north near Tromsø..so I get to enjoy my Z around 4 months a year :driving:

Anyway..I am now on my third z4, love the way the cars drive and have been all around europe in them.

My Z4 ownership have been:
2005 Individual in Estoril SOLD
2010 E89 3.5is SOLD (dad)

Current car is a Scrapyard project 2006 Z4c that I got cheap. (At least for Norway`s prices)
The project is still ongoing, but here are some pictures.

Welcome to the forum Leif, at last.

Your E86 looked pretty rusty with the panels removed, but you've really put some love into it and IMHO Montego Blue is definitely an improvement!

Welcome to the forum, Leif. Bonus points for pics in your first post too  your zed looks tip top.

Thank you Mr. Tidy and Big Andra.

I had to change the rear traverse, front panels and right door.. they where too far gone to repair. It has now been sandblasted and coated in antirust(dinitrol) to help prevent any rust in the future.

Welcome aboard. Only been to Norway once, way back in 1987, but it struck me as one of the cleanest places I have ever visited.
I was in Bodo and we took the hydrofoil taxi round all the islands one day. A wonderful place.

Welcome to the board. :) Looks like you have but some serious graft and love into your Coupe. Nice job. 8)
