Hello from Germany Z4M

Hello all together,
I registered here yesterday, after getting bored a little in the german forum.
My name is Max, I live in the south west of Germany right near the Hockenheim Ring.
I run a little hotel here and a restaurant. So my spare time is pretty limited.
When I have a little time, I love fast cars.
So 2 years ago- I was on the search for a E46 M3 convertible, my Bmw dealer called my:
Max, I have a car for you.
Than he showed me the red M Z4 and it was absolutely not my car.
Well- how things sometimes come- he convinced me to drive it for the weekend.
I signed on monday- I was in love.
Since that day i own a Z4 M with at that time 17000km on it (now 52000) in imola red.

As times come, I started to improve and tune my car.

CSL Wheels,
HMS Valve exhaust (loud and silent via button)
KW 3 suspension
KW Comeptiton uniballs
Performance Brakes BMW
Alcantara steering
Recaro PP Seats
M-Track Mode (like in the m3 CSL) for my DSC will come 20.4.2013

You guys see- I love that car.
Since last week it has new software made by a racing team near the Nürburgring giving me now 370hp.
And I have new tires- Michelin Pilot super sport in new dimensions:
235/40/19 and 265/35/19 which drives much better than regular CSL dimension.

I use my car as fun car and this summer first time on trackdays in Hockenheim and Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Lovely car and a great part of the world to live in. Visited Hockenheim a few years ago to do a track session with some friends. We were staying at Nurburg for a fortnight and visited for an evening session. Amazing that the public session had company car drivers in their Audi Avants on track at the same time as dedicated track cars like E30 M3s
We need a Zed meet at Hockenheim !

it will be an all day event.
With zed programming party, cruises, and good food.
We gonna start at 10.

That switchable exhaust is made by HMS here in Germany and as far as I know, they delivber for KKS too.
Priciply it is like all the new porsche exhausts.
They open at a certain speed and/or rpm.
Like that it is german street legal.
Inside your car you get a switch for a "worst case"- with this one u can open and close manually- but it takes 15 seconds each time.

But when you pull down one pin from the softwarebox, it not further rpm/speed depending but switchable:

open/close just with the button (no more 15 seconds of waiting time)
But it is not totally street legal like that.

The good thing is, I can drive quietly in front of my restaurant. switch closed

I do a tour in the black forrest and want the beast to be loud- switch open.

107db are noticed in my papers by the german TÜV.

Expensive but perfect suiting my needs.
