So erm... things didn't really go to plan with the Z4 coupe purchase... decided I wasn't going to buy a new car after all... and then fates transpired and I needed a new car but didn't want to break the bank. Ended up buying this:

Not to everyone's taste i'm sure... but it was a good price, sat on 43K miles on a 2008 plate. Its got a rare colour combination (never seen cream leather in this model Mx5, and it wasn't ever an option).

The weather has been great for it.

Nice! I drove a few of these before buying the zed - they are great fun - and i do like it in that red
