Hell, not another Newbie ...

Peeps up from behind the parapets ...

Coo-eee hello!

Hi
Middle aged , get bored a little with motorcycles
Lots or reading and research put me off the idea of a 996 911
Can't fit in a cayman ...

Really like the z4 coupe - and I live not far from the Nurburgring during the week. What do I need to look for?

Cheers

sounds hopeful HoD , sounds like a few laps of the ring are imminent  as for things to look for with a coupe ??
just make sure it hasn,t got a ragtop ! :D

Welcome.Interesting that you cant get in a cayman but can get in zed coupe.I didnt find all that much difference.

Ah, That is worrying. The Cayman just has zero leg room for me ... I'm 6' 3" and , erm, large
I can fit in a 911 comfortably
you have now set off alarm bells - what is the front legroom like
saying all this , I can drive the wife's mini cooper S fine ...

BTW have had a few BMW

2x 320
1 x 523
1 x330
1x 530
Unfortunately , the company car is an Audi ...

It has to be the coupe - not a fan of ragtops ...

doubt the coupe is gonna suit you mate , ,
took my pal who is 6,3 & 16 stone out in mine & it was eeerrrrrmmmm ?????? cosy shall we say 8)
wouldn,t want to go any distance , , , , , we have been to france previously in his S4 which i felt was a little tight on front cabin room .
don,t like to say it but the 996 would probably be more suitable
or treat yourself with a 6 series  100% better than a 996

Welcome to the nuthouse
