Heavy vibration at idle - only when engine cold

March 2003 build date E85 2.5i Auto, recently I've noticed a heavy vibration at idle when I start the car. It starts maybe 10 seconds after the engine is started and is quite bad maybe 20 seconds after the car has been running. The vibration feels like it's underneath the car, it's particularly noticeable in my seat, but the engine idle (as in on the rev counter) looks perfectly normal. There is a bit of a noise associated with it too which you can hopefully hear if you turn up the sound on the video link below (you can just about hear it get slightly worse half way through the video).

It does not happen if the engine is warm and seems to stop once you put it in drive. It's still present in neutral.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Initial googling made me think engine or transmission mounts but then would this not still be a problem regardless of engine temperature?

First thing that crossed my mind was worn engine mounts. When in drive the torque on the engine might reduce that engine movement. No explanation why it gets better with a warm engine other than the engine timing change and smoother running.

Complete guess. I really struggled to hear the audio
