Heavy Scuff on lower front panel - Advice needed

Afternoon,

Does anyone know whether the lower front panel is sprayable? (It's hit a kerb or something similar) Just thinking what material it's made of.

I have viewed one today that has a very heavy scuff on it that will need sorting for aesthetics....

I'm trying to work out the cost of having it repaired and how it could be brought up to standard. Any advice or comments appreciated.

Hi, the bumpers are plastic & if you look around should get the whole thing painted for £300 or maybe a bit less?
If the damage is only a small part & the rest is good then a local "smart" repair may be good enough?
