As above, the past few mornings the heater in my Z4 is taking 10 mins plus to start working (effing cold). The max button doesn't light up either whilst the heater isn't working, when i've finished work and drive home the heater/max button are both working normally ? The car gets up to temp normally though, could the control panel be faulty ?
