heater only blows hot air from drivers side only

Hi, hope somone can point me in the right direction here. I need help.

...my interior heater only blows hot air out of the divers side air vents - (windscreen, mid-point and footwell) but cold air from the passenger side at the same time. The heater knob is turned all the way to hot and with the air blowing at max force etc.
I have closed all the vents on the drivers side but still no hot air from the passenger side, albeit not cold but certainly nowhere near hot air.
My car is a 2004 E85 2.5

Is there anything I can do or check - I've tried looking for the heater control valve but no joy in locating that. I just don't know what to do.

There are several posts saving that coolant change can resolve this... I am yet to do this myself

A coolant change is very unlikely to solve your problem IMHO - I think the reason people suggest that is on the possibility of an airlock being in the system but airlocks don't tend to just suddenly 'appear' from nowhere.

It's more likely to be the servo control valve (or associated flap / linkage) on the vent ducting that manages the hot/cold air mix. It's probably a dash removal job I suspect

Aah this is not great to hear ... any advice on taking dash out / checking servos. If servo damages is this part replacement available or new complete unit?
