Hi.i have a problem with my 2003 z4 3.0, nothing works on the heater control panel, no blower, no heated rear screen,any ideas anyone.

Welcome Neil, it's always nice to see a new member on the forum, maybe post an introduction and the obligatory pictures and I'm sure lots help will be along,
First and most obvious thing to check are fuses, or if you have recently removed the battery or it's been flat it could be the systems have shut down in to 'transport mode'. Use the forum search for more on this if it's not a fuse, good luck and lets us know how you get on
