Heated seats

The wiring loom for them will be under the seats, you will need the heater pads, the switches and console where the switches go. Should be plug and play

I bought a pair of sports seats on here last year & transferred the heat pads & control panel across to mine. Plug & play, they work a treat  .

Dave, you're slipping. I expected at least "they work a heat"

You're right Jonathan :D , I missed that one didn't I  . Mine's SORN'd at the mo due to the COVID, which is a pain in the arse for us all. Hope you're keeping well & staying safe  .

Thanks Dave, yes keeping well and staying safe even if work have found the most mind numbing things for me to do from home :( I think I'd rather be furloughed at least I could work on my cars out of the way in the garage. My Z is the daily at present and has been driven all of 20 miles in 6 weeks!

I'm now in a position to add to this topic, having just stripped a pair of heated seats down out of my 03 car: the heater elements were sewn into the covers! In that scenario, it would be impossible to transfer them to another set of covers without using a sewing machine at the very least, because the clips in the centre panels are sewn through both the covers and the heater pads.

Do you have a link for the switches? I'd very much like to do this, but am kind of newb.

Good to hear  . Are you swapping the seats over or just using the heat pads like I did?
